We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Original tags must still be attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Please note that certain items, such as clearance or sale products, and specific accessories, may not qualify for returns.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed return instructions and the return address. Please ensure that the item is shipped back within 7 days of receiving these instructions.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and conduct an inspection to ensure it meets the return criteria, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges
